We want you to love your LEGOLAND Resort apparel as much as a perfect build; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all LEGO-themed hangtags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our bricks-and-mortar warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
